Full Length Cutting Board
A spacious, 19 7/16″ deep, full length cutting board acts as the main staging area for all of your culinary creations, providing plenty of room for even large pizza pies. The cutting board can even be removed for easy cleaning or swapped out with another board of your choosing.
9 Pan Capacity
The topping rail has the ability to hold up to (9) 1/3 size pans. Pan dividers are included, plus a fan directs cold air to the rail for safe holding.
16 cu. ft. of Storage
The interior of this unit has 16 cu. ft. of storage capacity and two adjustable shelves for organization. The generous 22 7/8″ depth accommodates dough proofing boxes with ease.
